You are so low key when it comes to celebrating your special day. Unlike me. I want the red carpet rolled out, a gazillion wishes, flowers, chocolates , a big party, the works. But today is not about me. It is about you.
I don’t think I have recently.....
- expressed my gratitude for all that you do for us
- shown you how much I care about you
- appreciated your easy going attitude and your patience
- acknowledged what a wonderful father you are to the kids
- told you what you mean to me and how lost I will be without you
This day may hold less meaning for you but to me, your birthday is a reminder of how blessed I am to have you in my life.
