This is D counting the days to Christmas. His excitement and energy utterly infectious as he moves the marker on his magnetic calendar every morning .
With a wish list for Santa ready, he is on a roll. It is becoming difficult for him to contain his excitement for the big day! He wants to bake cookies for the big guy in a red suit. Leave a special note for him. Has been nagging his father to get the fireplace ready so that St. Nick can swoop through the chimney (the non-existent one!)effortlessly. Carols are being hummed and belted out with his little sister chiming in whenever she can. Oh! together, they sound so sweet. It is rather heartwarming to see the special meaning this day holds for them. (Read TOYS! TOYS! TOYS!)
Well, folks, it’s already Christmas in the Bora household. The tree is up, looking ornate and beautiful. So are the decorations and lights. And with all that’s going on in the world right now, there is no better way to remind ourselves how priveledged and blessed we are.
