A is sick - has been since yesterday. She had a fitful somewhat spasmodic night. The poor kid, restless because of the fever and congestion. This morning, she woke up fatigued, weary and cranky as expected.
Yes, it's New Year's eve and we are in for a long haul.
And as we tend to our little baby with a whole lot of TLC, pray for a quick recovery, we send our warmest wishes to all on this last day of 2008.
May your new year be filled with everything you wished for. Look ahead but do not forget what you have experienced. It may be the past but it is what makes the future worthwhile.
