D and his ladybug

D spotted a ladybug on the stairs leading to the bedrooms upstairs. It’s been clinging on to the carpet for the past few days, perhaps calling it home. It looks so comfortable that we have decided to let it be. And of course, D has strictly instructed us not to dislodge it, as he would say, “Oh, it looks so cute. Do not kill it, OK?

So these past few days, my toddler has been having tete-e-tete's with his new found friend.
