Once there was little red fish Roubin
Who was fondly named by Devin
Roubin came to us as a gift
A gift we cherished and loved
He loved his cozy little fish tank
Where he could swim around for hours on end
He enjoyed his food time
Happily nibbling away...
A handsome fish, Roubin was
Until he couldn’t feed his hunger
He was left alone for two days
With food that he sadly couldn’t get
He lay there at the bottom of the fish tank
Gasping for air
Pale, sad and blue, he fought to remain
Until death overpowered him
And took him away
Roubin, a little red innocent fish
Who came into our lives
A life too short
But sweet nevertheless
You will be missed.
