Father's Day- late entry but better late than never!

Father’s Day on Sunday, June 17th was pretty laid back. With Kingfisher beers quenching the summer thirst, we leisurely sat on our deck admiring our backyard with its new fountain, evergreens and flowers. It seemed like a ‘quintessential’ summer day with the sound of sizzling chicken on the grill, water sprinklers, lawn mowers nearby and chirping birds as they bathe in a birdbath.

Just the kids and us. A dinner of BBQ chicken, potato salad and herb rice.

Serene, calm and worth remembering!

Happy Fathers’ Day to all the wonderful fathers I know, especially my sweetheart, the father of my munchkins!
